Cost Effective Solutions

In order to offer a competitive, value for money service, Deal Handyman Services offers a fixed price for each job, or an hourly or daily rate.
Deal Handyman Services charge £40.00 for the first hour and £20 for every subsequent half hour.
Evenings £60.00 hour 18:00 to 22:00 after this time till 7:00am we charge for the first hour £130 then after £100hr.
Weekends £75.00 hour.
Deal Handyman half-day rate is £140.00, and our day rate is £280.00.
Any materials needed for the job will be discussed prior to the work commencing and will be charged accordingly.

Flat pack furniture assembly

Deal Handyman normally be able to provide a fixed price quote once you have supplied the manufacturer/model of the item(s) to be assembled. Please note that if flat pack furniture boxes need moving to the room where they will be assembled then an extra charge may be made. Also, for tall furniture items (e.g. wardrobes) if there is insufficient ceiling clearance, or working space, to permit the item to be assembled on the floor and lifted up, then the item will need to be assembled vertically which will take longer and therefore an extra charge will be made.

Plumbing/Drainage

Deal Handyman does not have a call out charge for plumbing; we have a set hourly rate at £100 hour for the first hour, and then £85 per hour and £45 for subsequent half hours. Evening £150hr from 18:00-22:00 after 22:00-7:00am we charge £200hr first hour then £165hr.

Domestic & Commercial Electrics

Deal Handyman does not have a call out charge for Electrician; we have a set hourly rate at £70 hour for the first hour, and then £55 per hour and £30 for subsequent half hours. Evening £85hr from 18:00-22:00 after 22:00-7:00am we charge £165hr first hour then £145hr.
